Care That Comes to You
No packing up the kids, no traffic, no waiting rooms. I bring the clinic straight to your home, so you can feel comfortable, relaxed, and focused on your healing.A Conversation About You
We’ll start with a one-on-one discussion about your health history, symptoms, goals, and the activities that matter most to you.A Personalized Assessment
I’ll complete a thorough evaluation, which may include soft tissue palpation, assessment of posture, strength, mobility, breathing mechanics, core and pelvic floor function. I’ll perform an external examination of the pelvic floor to assess sensation, movement, and coordination if indicated. Every step will be explained clearly so you know what I am looking for and why. Nothing is done without your consent.Immediate Guidance
You won’t just leave with answers — you’ll also leave with a clear starting plan. Expect to learn practical strategies, exercises, or lifestyle tips you can begin right away to start feeling better.A Path Forward
Before I go, we’ll talk through your individualized treatment plan, set goals together, and make sure you feel confident in the next steps.

Because those early weeks of motherhood can feel overwhelming, your second visit includes a complimentary 30-minute manual therapy session. This bonus is designed specifically for new moms to target the muscles that work overtime from all that baby holding, feeding, and rocking. We’ll address muscle tension and trigger points in the neck, shoulders, back, arms, and chest. This isn’t just about pain relief — it’s a chance to recharge, reset, and feel cared for while your body adapts to its new role. This service is available to all new mamas (second, third, and fourth time mamas too!) who schedule an appointment within the first 12 weeks postpartum.

You’re journey begins with a free video consultation — no strings attached. We’ll talk about your fitness background, current activity level, dietary habits, goals, and scheduling needs, plus review any equipment you have at home. Your first in-person session is all about getting started — not wasting time on paperwork. I’ll take a few quick baseline measurements, like weight and body composition (only if you want to!). Then we’ll dive straight into a personalized workout designed for your goals, fitness level, and comfort.
-
You don’t need a home gym or fancy equipment to get started — I can bring the gym to you. Most clients choose to train in the comfort of their own home or outdoors, but if you already belong to a gym, we can check with your gym to see if they allow outside personal trainers to work with members.
-
This isn’t your average fitness program — it’s expert-guided training designed specifically for women. I bring the clinical knowledge of a physical therapist, the performance expertise of a strength and conditioning coach, as well as advanced training in perinatal fitness.
I offer both 40-minute and 60-minute sessions. You’ll have the option to choose 2, 3, or 4 sessions per week.
I also offer discounts for past physical therapy clients.

FAQs

Physical therapy focuses on addressing pain, injuries, and movement limitations. It often includes assessment, hands-on treatment, and corrective exercise prescribed by a licensed physical therapist to help you heal and return to your activities safely.
Personal training is for when you’re healthy enough to exercise but want expert guidance to get stronger, improve performance, or reach specific goals. At Momumental, your training is backed by a deep understanding of anatomy and biomechanics to keep you moving well and prevent setbacks.

No, an internal pelvic floor exam is never required. While these exams can provide valuable information, they are only performed with your full consent and comfort in mind. I do not perform internal exams during the first visit, as I believe in first building trust and ensuring you feel completely comfortable and informed.
If an internal exam becomes appropriate later in your care, we’ll discuss it thoroughly beforehand, and it will only be performed with your explicit consent. Nothing is ever done without your permission.

In Georgia, you can start physical therapy without a referral for the first 8 visits or 21 days (whichever comes first). If you need care beyond that, I will coordinate with your doctor to make the process seamless.
If we decide you are a candidate for dry needling, a physician referral will be needed prior to undergoing this treatment.

Momumental is an out-of-network provider, meaning I do not bill insurance directly. Payment for each session is collected upfront at the time of your visit. This allows me to spend more one-on-one time with you and offer customized care without limitations from insurance companies. I can provide a detailed receipt (called a superbill) that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan. You may also use your HSA/FSA if you have one.
-
I come to you and I bring all of the equipment with me. For physical therapy clients — sessions will take place in the comfort of your home. For personal training clients — sessions can take place in your home, outdoors, or we can arrange to meet at your gym (with the gym’s permission). This makes care convenient and personalized to the space where you move most.
