  1. Restore

I’ll start by identifying and addressing the root cause of pain or dysfunction. This phase focuses on reconnecting to your core and pelvic floor, improving mobility, and restoring trust in your body — the foundation for everything that comes next.

Goals: relieve pain, improve posture and breathing mechanics, restore optimal core and pelvic floor function

  2. Rebuild

Once your foundation is restored, we will gradually rebuild strength, fitness, and endurance to meet the demands of daily life — and beyond. From lifting your baby to returning to your favorite workouts, this phase helps you move with confidence and resilience.

Goals: regain functional strength, improve stability and endurance, move without fear

  3. Rise

With your foundation restored and strength rebuilt, now it’s time to rise. We’ll elevate your training, refine your movement, and unleash your potential — to be the mom-athlete you were meant to be. Whether you’re a Crossfitter, runner, or simply want to feel your best, we’ll help you crush your goals.

Goals: optimize performance, prevent injury, and embrace lifelong strength and confidence

  • "Alyssa is an incredible physical therapist. She has such a calming presence and brings a deep understanding of how muscle tension impacts the body. I left her office feeling like my nervous system was regulated, my neck and shoulder tension had significantly eased, and I was overall much more relaxed. She also gave me stretches to work on at home to ease tension. I highly recommend her."

  • "Learning how to breathe and relax my face and pelvic floor made it such a smooth process. I pushed for 30 mins and didn’t tear at all! Which is insane. I'm so so grateful for our lessons!!"

    -Birth Prep Client

  • "Alyssa is the best!!! She is an extremely knowledgeable and compassionate PT who was so helpful to me postpartum. She made me feel so comfortable and supported throughout the process. Alyssa helped with my c-section scar mobilization, taught me how to properly engage my core and pelvic floor through specific exercises and correct breathing techniques, and gave me the confidence to safely return to movement. Her service is incredibly convenient since she comes right to your house—such a game changer when you have little ones! I can’t recommend her enough to anyone looking for postpartum support or general PT care. She’s truly amazing at what she does!!!"
