Momumental Birth Prep

Prepare your body. Build your confidence. Feel ready for birth.

Birth is more than a physical event. It’s a mental, emotional, and physical experience—and preparation isn’t about predicting exactly how your birth will unfold.

It’s about feeling informed, supported, and confident in your ability to navigate whatever comes your way.

This one-on-one birth preparation program combines the expertise of a pelvic health physical therapist with practical strategies you can use during labor, birth, and the early postpartum period.

You’ll receive personalized, one-on-one birth preparation designed around your body, goals, and birth preferences. Your care includes a comprehensive Birth Prep Guide with visuals and practical strategies to reference at home, along with hands-on education and preparation for labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. If desired, your partner can also join a session to learn practical ways to support you throughout labor.
