A 6-Week Small Group Program for Expecting Mom

Stronger Together is a pelvic floor–informed strength training program designed for pregnant women who want to stay active, build strength, and prepare their bodies for labor and postpartum recovery. Led by a pelvic floor physical therapist, this program focuses on safe, effective exercises that support your changing body throughout pregnancy.

  • Start Date: May 4th

  • Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:00 AM

  • Duration: 6 weeks (12 total sessions)

  • Location: Cumming, GA

  • Cost: $300 for the full program

  • Group Size: Limited to 3 moms per group

Baby + Me Fitness Class

Rebuild Strength While Spending Time With Your Baby

This 30-minute baby-friendly workout is designed to help moms rebuild strength and confidence after birth. Babies are welcome to join you during class, creating a relaxed and supportive environment for both mom and baby.

  • Class Dates: April 24th, May 29th, June 26th, July 24th

  • Schedule: Monthly on Friday mornings at 10:00 AM

  • Duration: Throughout Spring and Summer

  • Location: Bell Memorial Park in Milton

  • Cost: FREE

  • Group Size: 5-20 participants
